At EAKTAL, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

- The product is damaged or defective on arrival

- The wrong product was delivered

- The product is unused and in original packaging


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Email us at contact@eaktal.com with your order number and a photo of the product within 7 days of delivery. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.


REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI — please share your details when raising the request.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

- Products returned after 7 days of delivery

- Items without original packaging


EXCHANGE POLICY
